Terms of Service

Larry ("the Service") is a group trip planning application available at withlarry.app, operated by Basile Grimaud ("we", "us", "our"). Larry helps groups of friends coordinate weekends and trips — scheduling, accommodation, transport, budgets, and more.

By creating an account or joining a project as a guest, you agree to these Terms.

Larry is intended for users aged 16 and over. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Authenticated accounts are created via a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email secure and for all activity under your account.

Guest access lets you join a project via an invite link without creating an account. Guest sessions are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss if you clear your browser cookies or switch devices without creating an account.

You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You retain ownership of all content you add to Larry — project names, places, comments, photos, and other data you create.

By adding content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and share it with other members of your projects, solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any photos or links you share do not infringe third-party rights.

Larry is provided as-is during its beta phase. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time during the beta, with reasonable notice where possible.

You may not use Larry to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Share illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
• Use automated bots or scrapers against the Service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Larry — including loss of data, trip disruptions, or disputes between group members.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will notify registered users by email before material changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
